Wichita Art Day of Giving (ArtDOG) is a 24-hour charitable giving campaign designed to support area nonprofits related to the arts. Participating organizations have the opportunity to both increase their donor bases, as well as bring awareness to not only their nonprofit, but the arts in general.

First United Methodist Church

The Wichita Choral Society will begin spring rehearsals for it's 70th performance on January 26, 2015, at First United Methodist Church on Broadway at 3rd Street in downtown Wichita.  Rehearsals are held each Monday evening from 7:00PM until 8:30PM.  Auditions are not required, just a love of singing and performing!

The Wichita Choral Society was established by Harold Decker to fill a need for a community chorus in Wichita. In response to letters, advertisements and announcements in local churches, nearly 200 interested singers showed up at the first rehearsal in February 1945.
